This post is just a tad late, but the photo came from around 10am this morning.

What is the best way to deal with the first workday of the new year?

Definitely with a Mimosa. We  used raisins to revive the champagne and PRESTO! A beautiful breakfast was born, complete with scrambled eggs, bacon, and grits.
